Whilst on a quest through the concrete jungle of L.A. to meet a girly for a burger, I came across the establishment known as Farmer Boys. I thought farmers only knew how to grow corn and have sex with livestock, but apparently they make some damn good burgers too! That’s not all they have on the menu either! They have a variety of “American” food (white people chow) including: soup, chili, sandwiches, burgers, salads, shakes, etc…but they serve BREAKFAST ALL DAY. And what’s better than all day? How about all night!! That’s right they are open 24 hours AND have a drive through.

outside

Nestled between Asian food warehouses, Farmer Boys looks like Grandma’s cottage sprouted out the ground. And inside you’ll definitely feel like you’re there. The interior has so much country kitsch you’ll feel like a tornado whisked you away back to Kansas. So take a little trip like red riding hood but beware of the big bad wolf a.k.a. bums that you will give a dollar to and then realize you can’t fvcking afford a shake because you were a drunk Mr. Moneybags! The ordering is fast-food walk up style so you can hold on to your tip and save your pennies for more PBR. Also when you want something you can just handle it instead of drunkenly yelling at the help. Everyone wins!

inside

The food is not that cheap but you will definitely be full. The side orders are stacked higher than the Tower of Babel. God will probably smite you with a heart attack for eating it all. Overall the food is a good quality, nothing to shout about from the mountain tops but hey…its open all night! So shut that pie-hole up with a big burger and be happy you lucky lush you!
